Birmingham LGBT is seeking to recruit a highly motivated arts professional to the post of Festival Development Manager. This role will be responsible for the strategic management and development of SHOUT, Birmingham’s festival of queer culture, as it develops as part of Arts Council England’s National Portfolio.
This post will be responsible for the sustainability of this exciting festival, and will work with key stakeholders and partners to develop a year-round programme of LGBT cultural activity in Birmingham.
The successful applicant will join a motivated and enthusiastic team based at the Birmingham LGBT Centre in Central Birmingham.
Terms:
NJC scale based on NJC SCP 30 £27,905 pro rata 18.5 hours, plus up to 5% matched pension contributions
Flexible 18.5 hours per week, with regular evening and weekend work; 25 days (pro rata) annual leave entitlement.
Contract permanent.
