Our client is a leading UK charity.

Description

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop major gift fundraising strategy.
  • Responsible for the Major Gifts income stream and forecasting.
  • Lead on a major fundraising appeal.
  • Recruit, lead and manage a team of fundraisers.
  • Lead on research and analysis of current and potential prospects.
  • Manage special events for supporters and prospects.
  • Work collaboratively with all fundraising teams.
  • Work closely with the Director of Fundraising with planning and strategy.

Profile

The successful candidate will possess the following:

* Educated to degree or equivalent experience.
* Previous charity major gifts experience.
* Proven experience developing major gifts strategy.
* Strong line management experience.
* Experience with revenue and capital appeal fundraising.

Job Offer

Package on offer:

  • Salary is between £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience.
