A central London based youth development charity. They work to help young people achieve, and make a life for themselves through activity and encouraging teamwork.

Description

As a member of the fundraising team you will assist in managing all trusts, foundations and large grants. This will include:

• Writing compelling trusts applications

• Develop multi-year partnerships and work to recruit new funding bodies

• Manage all current large grants

• Manage the entire trusts pipeline and develop statutory income

• Line managing the Trusts coordinator

Profile

Either an experience trusts officer who has ideally worked at five or six figure level, or a manager looking for a sideways move into an exceptional charity. A goal-orientated self-starter with an interest in working for a youth development charity. You should also:

• Have excellent trusts writing skills

• Work well within a small team

• Be able to develop and maintain multi-year partnerships and well as work towards creating new ones

• Have personal fundraising experience

• Be able to demonstrate a record of meeting fundraising targets

• Have excellent written communication skills

Job Offer

This is a full time permanent role offering £34,500 per annum plus benefits.
