Customer Care Officer (Dementia Charity)

Position: Regional Customer Care Officer 
Location: Plymouth and District 
Contract type: Full time, Permanent 
Hours: 35 per week 
Salary £24,866 actual per annum

About the role: 

The Customer Care Officer is a crucial role to the success of ensuring the best possible experience for their client's supporters and other customer groups. They are responsible for people and task management of a variety of processing and administration workflows in a busy environment. 

No two days are the same with accountability of responses to a diverse portfolio of activities and campaigns to keep within service levels. 

About you: 

You will be responsible for the day to day supervision of a team of high performing administrators, quality control of customer communications and complex coding procedures. 

You will have experience of overseeing daily workflow and resource rotas, ensuring statistical analysis is maintained to allow accurate forecasting for future activities. 

You will have a focus on continuous improvement and streamlining ways of working as well as an interest in innovative ways to increase productivity.
