Position: Assistant Care Managers – Prevention and Safeguarding Team
Location: Rutland, East Midlands
Job type: Full Time / Part Time, Permanent
Hours: 1 x 37 hours / 1 x 18.5 hours per week
Salary: £21,589 to £26,317 per annum

Empathetic and able to communicate with customers, carers and professional to ensure the best possible outcomes for those you work with.

About you:

With experience of carrying out assessments and reviews of care provision, you will be able to respond to changing needs and ensure the appropriate arrangements and adjustments are made in a timely manner. Using your knowledge of the Care Act 2014, and excellent organisation skills, you will ensure all reviews are carried out in a person centred, outcome focused way, and within set deadline

The successful applicant for this post will be subject to an enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
