Fundraising Event Coordinator

Prospectus is excited to be working with a leading health organisation to recruit a Fundraising & Events Coordinator on a contractual basis until June 2020.
Working closely with the Fundraising Events Managers you will act as the first point of contact for events and fundraising enquiries, providing fundraisers and supporters with the advice and stewardship that will allow them to maximise their targets, communicating through all channels, including phone, postal, email and social media. You will also carry out other administrative tasks such as mailings, data inputting, making up and mailing out fundraising packs, distribution of incoming mail and maintenance of filing system for the team. We are looking for an outgoing, conscientious team player, with excellent communication skills who is quick to learn, highly organised and a proactive problem solver. You will have succeeded within a customer service focused administrative role and will be confident in delivering your work to tight deadlines across multiple tasks/events. It is fundamental that you have a strong commitment to customer care/relationship development as well as a desire to be part of a team and work with others to achieve the end goal!
Fundraising Events is an important area of growth for the charity's Engagement and Fundraising Directorate, it is a very exciting time to join what is a busy, successful and growing Fundraising Events Team. This role does provide the potential opportunity to become extended and even turn into a permanent position.
