Bid Development Manager (Homeslessness)
Prospectus is delighted to be working with a leading homelessness charity that works to provide support to those who need housing and those at risk of becoming homeless, and support their families. They are looking to recruit a new Bid Development Manager to grow the organisations service pipeline and income in line with the business strategy and growing demand.
This position is offered as a permanent, full or part time role with flexible working and compressed hours on a case by case basis, paying up to Â£40,000 per annum FTE to be based in East London.
You will research, identify and pursue service agreements with commissioning managers from a range of bodies including the GLA, local authorities and other health or public sector based bodies. In this role you will take the lead on a number of funding applications bringing together a wide range of stakeholders to build bids that will range from £100,000 to £3million. This will be through designing bespoke bids, tenders, proposals and pitch materials in order to continue the excellent work the organisation does with service users.
They are looking for someone with demonstrable experience and knowledge of the bid and tender process in the private, charity or public sector. The ideal candidate is someone who has worked with the GLA, local authorities and other commissioning bodies to win contracts for services.
