Would you like to succeed within a vibrant arts related charity?

We are thrilled to be working with the award winning Tomorrow's Warriors, a charity acclaimed for having established a robust, essential pipeline for outstanding, diverse young talent and for being pivotal in changing the face of jazz in the UK. The role of Senior Administrator/PA is a new opportunity to join the team on an initial one year contract, with the scope to renew. This is a vacancy advertised at four days a week and will be based within their main offices in Harrow & Wealdstone.

This is a versatile position which will be ultimately responsible for assisting Janine Irons MBE (Co-Founder and CEO) with a wide range of secretarial related and ad-hoc tasks that reflect the diversity and breath of her role. Alongside providing day-to-day support, you will maintain and improve existing administrative processes while also assisting the SMT with a range of administrative tasks related to various developments that will ensure the effective running of the office. You will also have general input in the delivery of the charity's communications, where collaboratively, content is produced for the website and social channels; while this is not a large part of your role, it is essential that you are prepared to be involved in assisting with some communications via social media when required.

It is essential that you have strong administrative skills having previously supported senior individuals, as well as having provided broader and at times operational assistance across a wider team. Fundamentally, you will be proactive and solution focussed with a natural 'can do' attitude, to truly facilitate organisation-wide success you will be someone who thrives within a role where priorities can change throughout a day. A practical understanding of how a small yet driven outfit operates will be hugely beneficial, as will having worked in a similar capacity and/or working environment.  Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal are vital, as is the experience of utilising MS applications and the ability to pick up and utilise a variety of systems.

Tomorrow's Warriors devise and produce high quality, inspirational development programmes and creative performance opportunities that transform the lives of future generations by increasing opportunity, diversity and excellence in and through jazz. It is imperative that this person not only has enthusiasm for the organisations mission, but also delivers their work to an equally high standard while adopting the values of this incredible charity.

To register your interest in this position, please submit a Word version of your CV; covering letters are not required at this stage. A full job description will be provided to candidates shortlisted by Prospectus.
