Event Manager – Community Partnerships (Maternity Cover)

Hours:  37.5 hours/ week

Contract: Maternity Cover

Location:  Salisbury, with the opportunity to work from home on a flexible basis and a need to attend meetings in London

Salary: up to £30,625 – £35,515

We are working in partnership with an international children’s charity seeking to appoint a new Event Manager – Community Partnerships. As Event Manager, you will be working with a range of staff and volunteers to engage and involve them in supporting you to deliver their community events portfolio.

To succeed in this role, you will have a track record in delivering successful events to a high standard. You will need to demonstrate:

  • Strong project management skills
  • Highly organised and energetic
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others
  • The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Resilience, tenacity and an agile approach

This role includes a requirement for a willingness to travel within the UK, out of office hours and occasional international travel may be required.
