Quality Audit and Communications Manager

£40,000-£45,000

2 Year Fixed Term Contract

At this important and exciting phase of One Trust’s journey, the Quality Audit and Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing service quality standards and outcomes.  They will also lead on our communications function both internally and externally, helping us to communicate with, customers, key stakeholders, charitable foundations, local government, NHS commissioners, social investors and supporters.  The communications function will also ensure that employees are kept abreast of relevant practice standards and given the tools to embed best practice into the work that they carry out.

They will work closely with the CEO, Board, COO, Business Development and Projects Director as well as service managers and front-line colleagues. Their primary role will be to oversee, evidence and ensure that One Trust maintains its first class reputation and continues to deliver high quality provision.  They will also be responsible for ensuring that One Trust remains at the cutting edge and adapts to, and delivers on the expectations of service users, funders and commissioners.     

One Trust is looking for a person who is an accomplished leader, inspirational, innovative and strategically astute.  The successful candidate will have a degree level education, and track record in quality management.  They will have experience of communications, preferably within the non-profit sector and be someone who has successfully managed teams within a similar sized organisation.  Most importantly we are looking for a person who is a self- starter, someone who is empathetic towards, and dedicated to One Trust’s mission, impact and future.

The head office of One Trust is 21 Church Lane, Tooting, London, SW17 9PW, however there is scope for the successful applicant to base themselves at our other service sites.
