The office is located only a short walk from Waterloo station and close to a number of nice restaurants and shops. The office is modern, and the HR team is friendly and supportive.

The main purpose of the job is to provide payroll and HR support to the employees on a daily basis using the HR system Cascade. You'll be the main point of contact for all payroll queries and pay adjustments, ensuring the monthly payroll is correct. You'll also be advising on all recruitment ranging from advertising, managing candidates and conducting pre employment checks. The system they use for recruitment is Networx. Along with the above this role does require a HR generalist as you'll be advising, updating HR policies, correspondence and requests.

To be a success in this HR Payroll Advisor job you must have experience of using Cascade and Networx along with supporting at a HR Advisor level. You must have strong communication skills along with a positive attitude. The role is fast paced and requires someone with excellent attention to detail.
