Our client is one of the top 100 Best Not-for-Profit companies to work for in the UK. They are currently seeking a proactive, confident individual to provide efficient administration support service as part of the Housing Administration team.
They currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Income Assistant to support the Income Manager in the administration and recovery of service charges for all tenure types.
Within this role, you will support the credit and debt write-offs on the Housing Management System, assist with telephone enquiries for all areas of income management and recover rent arrears.
They’re looking for a self-motivated individual who has excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to understand and empathise with the challenges facing customers. Experience of using Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
