Prospectus is excited to be working with London's Air Ambulance to support their search for a new Community Fundraising Officer. The Community Fundraising Officer will be joining a driven and passionate Fundraising Team to coordinate the community fundraising programme in North East London.

The London's Air Ambulance is a vital and cutting edge charity that provides emergency trauma care to critically injured people across the capital. The advanced medical trauma team treats on average five people a day in life threatening situations, and the community fundraising team delivers a vital element of fundraising income for the organisation.

Reporting to Head of Community and Volunteering, the Community Fundraising Officer will coordinate and lead the community fundraising programme within North East London by engaging groups, individuals and local businesses in fundraising activities to increase income and to raise awareness of London's Air Ambulance. The role will involve supporting an engaged group of volunteers, seeking out and approaching new potential supporters (local businesses, schools, etc.) and continuously thinking creatively for ways in which LAA can engage their community supporters.

The successful candidate will have experience in fundraising, preferably relationship based fundraising and working with volunteer supporters. London's Air Ambulance are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, organisation and attention to detail, and previous experience of using a CRM database.

The role will be based in London (flexible working offered) with regular travel to North East London particularly.
