Membership Engagement Manager 

This is an exciting time to join an organisation with an important role in the UK’s world-class higher education sector.

They are the UK’s independent quality body for higher education with a mission to safeguard and improve the quality of UK higher education, wherever it is delivered in the world. Our client has already started work as the designated quality body for higher education in England, and their new membership scheme was launched in July. They’re changing the way they work and introducing new services to benefit universities and colleges in the UK and support their operation globally. 

Position: Membership Engagement Manager 
Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire 
Job type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 35 hours per week 
Salary: £35,369 to £44,523 per annum, dependent upon knowledge, skills and experience

About the role: 

They’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Membership Engagement Manager, who shares their commitment to improving and promoting the UK’s world class reputation for delivering a quality higher education experience for all students. 

This role within their Membership, Quality Enhancement and Standards department plays a key role in our client’s efforts to improve the membership experience and expand member take-up of services. The successful candidate will have responsibility for developing and maintaining strong and positive relationships with their members and act as the main point of contact for a case load of our client's members. 

About you: 

They are looking for someone who has experience of membership recruitment, retention and engagement in a membership organisation or similar and can build, foster and maintain positive professional relationships.
