Operations Coordinator (FTC)
Our client, one of London's leading international exam boards and independent education charity are currently looking to recruit an Operations Coordinator to support the efficient running of examinations across the UK. This role is being offered on a 6 month fixed term contract within the organisation.
As the organisations Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for providing efficient organisation of examiner itineraries and English language examination sessions within the UK. You will ensure that operational processes are followed and key controls are adhered to including the delivery of department and corporate service standards. The post holder will take responsibility for examination logistics including booking travel, accommodation and wider tour schedule together with identifying cost effective flight routes based on examiner welfare. Finally, you will ensure that individual understanding of all examinations is accurate and up to date along with dealing with general enquires from the wider team.
The successful candidate will be a proven professional with previous administration experience. Excellent customer service is essential to this post along with strong communication, planning and organisational skills. You will possess strong IT skills including proficient use of Microsoft office coupled with strong attention to details and a meticulous approach to working. With the ability to work independently and proactively, you will have the confidence to deal with a wide variety of people and prioritise competing deadlines.
