The Role

Do you want a key role in the planning and delivery of the biggest volunteer led fundraising campaign in the sector?

We are looking for an experienced senior community fundraiser with excellent people manager skills  to plan and deliver the Community Fundraising targets. You will lead a team of regionally based Community Fundraising Managers and develop our approach to diversify our existing income and activity together with managing a number of key relationships.

Working with a range of internal and external stakeholders, this role will help our supporters across the country raise £50 million annually during the Poppy Appeal. You will oversee the major work streams ensuring that all activity is coordinated, planned and correctly resourced to help deliver the Community Fundraising and Poppy Appeal strategy and ensure that the legion continues to provide all necessary support to the Armed Forces community.
