Job Details
A new opportunity has arisen for a temporary Student Support Administrator to assist with various administrative duties across one of the organisation's departments.
The purpose of this role is to support the faculty, department and manager in a range of administrative duties that support finance, research and teaching on a range of degree and executive education programmes.
As the school's student support administrator, you will be responsible for answering and forwarding any queries from the faculty, students and external organisations by telephone and/or email. You will ensure that assessments are processed carefully and in a timely manner. The post holder will also compile and distribute course packs and ensure that weekly external and internal seminars are coordinated as appropriate.
In order to be considered for this post, you will need to have previous administrative experience within a higher education environment along with excellent IT and communication skills. With the ability to work independently and proactively, you will have the confidence to deal with a wide variety of people, prioritise competing deadlines and comprehend complex situations quickly.
