What are we looking for? 

To support our ambitious Business Plan for 2019-2020 our Business Development team is growing. We are looking to add an experienced and successful Bid Specialist to our existing successful team. The successful candidate will be ambitious and experienced in delivering high quality successful funding bids in the Employment, Skills and Advice sector.  A track record of achieving individual income targets is essential as is an ability to write high quality content and of adapting style to suit context. The successful candidate will work as part of a small team and will have the opportunity to develop their skills in all aspects of business development.

The successful candidate will also have the chance to work closely with our Head of Business Development, and wider Leadership Team, to inform and develop the company’s business plan and strategic direction

Job Specification Requirements
The successful candidate will:

  • Be experienced and successful in a direct business development/income generation role 
  • Have very strong bid writing skills with an ability to write high quality content and experience of adapting style to suit context.
  • Have a track record of successful income generation activities
  • A positive, approachable team player with a can do attitude
