Are you an agile and bright programme manager with a thorough understanding of institutional donor compliance? Do you wish to pursue a career in the poverty relief field?
Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with a global charity based in Oxford that are tackling the injustice of poverty from the roots. Our client is seeking a Programme Development Finance Manager to provide expert advice in relation to donor financial requirements, policy and budget design.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of advisory support and insights across the organisation, as well as the creation and maintenance of relationships with donors. Furthermore, the Programme Development Manager will implement mechanisms for tracking cost recovery performance and impact.
To be successful, you must have solid team/project management skills, outstanding understanding of financial procedure, and an accountancy qualification or significant experience in donor budgeting. Last but not least, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a keen interest in poverty relief.
