Prospectus is delighted to be working with an international development charity on their search for a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor. The overall purpose of this role is to provide sound technical advice and deliver high standards of monitoring, learning and evaluation reporting on a variety of projects and programmes.

You will significantly contribute to the development of the project design process, conduct baseline and endline data collection and ensure that learning affects project design and implementation. Strengthening the organisation's approach to social inclusion and education is vital, and you will develop and revise best practices, guidance and tools. Having strong knowledge and skills in planning, monitoring and reviewing qualitative outcomes and impact is a must, alongside experience working with quantitative data.

To be successful as a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor you will have experience in designing, planning, monitoring and reporting, and have a passion for the international development sector. You will have an understanding of operational research methodologies and approaches, be able to manage large pieces of work, and have experience in understanding the complexities of working across multiple countries.
