This role is critical in developing and delivering an internal communications strategy that positively impacts engagement and supports change and innovation through the flow of ideas through the organisation. Effective internal communications are at the heart of the employee experience here at The Prince's Trust. 

 

As our Head of Internal Communications, you will be involved with the development of new and engaging content for the organisations internal communications channels,working closely with colleagues across The Trust to source news and updates.

 

You will have strong leadership on internal communications for organisational change projects, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed and engaged and provide advice for colleagues on the most appropriate methods and channels for communicating their messages for maximum impact - and for mutual benefit.
