Assistant Product Manager- Digital

Our client is one of the largest international charities working to promote and deliver philanthropy and social investment, supporting growth in the charitable sector, and they are currently looking to recruit a Product Manager to join their product and marketing department.
Working with the senior management team, the overall purpose of this role is to contribute to the innovation, development and management of the digital proposition, supporting products and services across the organisation. Current products include everyday banking, savings, individual donors, and companies, such as payroll giving and company fundraising. The successful candidate will support the Senior Website and Digital Manager to develop digital propositions to drive sector growth ensuring a clear focus on customers' current and future needs. You will own projects from conception right through to delivery, as well as monitor performance dashboards using data analysis to drive insight. The placed candidate will lead end to end management processes involved in the smooth running of their website and digital channels.
To be considered for this role, it is essential to have a background in product and marketing with an understanding or background in the not-for profit sector. You will have experience of tracking and managing marketing intelligence with excellent project and strategic management skills. This roles requires you to have the ability to write reports and presentations, as well as use facts and insights to drive consensus across teams. Knowledge of business analysis tools such as Excel is also essential.
Flexibility to travel to the head office in King's Hill on occasion will be required.
