Our client is a great place to work and practice social work. Rutland maybe the smallest Local Authority in the UK, but they have a big passion for delivering the very best for Rutland’s children and their families - and they can achieve this due to their small size.

They pride themselves on being a learning organisation, and they are seeking Social Workers who want to deliver good outcomes and truly support change for children and families. You’ll be part of a dynamic, forward thinking, close-knit team. And they really are close – the whole of Children’s Social Care is made up of 16 Children’s Social Workers, from the front door to the Care Leaving service, all based at the same location in Oakham.
