Description

The Responsibilities for the Lead Generation Executive based in Yate will:

Support the business with lead generation activities utilising latest marketing resources. Working closely with marketing you will work on specific tele-marketing campaigns and activities, including driving attendance to events, distributing the latest marketing materials and following up leads.

* New business prospecting and development, predominantly over the telephone but also by email, at events and via LinkedIn

* Identifying, qualifying and following up new business leads

* Qualifying new business leads in line with company quality measures

* Driving attendance to Companies events

* Distributing and discussing the content from our marketing materials with prospects

* Booking quality, progressible sales appointments for the sales team

* Using effective questioning techniques to assess business needs

* Presenting appropriate value propositions and benefits of Companies solutions and services

* Attending Companies events and acting as an ambassador for the company at all times

* Updating client information and capturing key information from calls

* Accurately recording activities and opportunities on our CRM system

Other Duties

* To follow all Health and Safety procedures as outlined in the Health & Safety Policy

* To carry out any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Profile

The successful Lead Generation Executive will have:

* Proactive, motivated and able to demonstrate aptitude and ambition to progress to field sales

* A good track record of phone-based customer contact, ideally appointment making

* Able to manage multiple tasks and workstreams

* Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional telephone manner

Knowledge, skills and experience required for the role (Desired)

* Previous experience in a sales or customer service role advantageous

* Background in or strong understanding of technology

* Technology sales experience would be highly desirable

Job Offer

The successful Lead Generation Executive will receive:

£16,000 - £22,000
