We are looking for someone special to join our clients team as Executive Assistant to support their CEO and Directors.
Position: Executive Assistant (Foundation Executive)
Location: Central London or Flexible (but with the ability to be in central London when required)
Hours: 35 hours per week (but open to part time for the right candidate)
Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 depending upon experience and location
Contract: Permanent

The Role
We are looking for someone special to help our client achieve their vision. As Executive Assistant you will provide support to the CEO, Directors and Trustees to enhance their effectiveness in delivering the Foundation’s activities and projects in line with the strategic plan. You will also act as the first point of contact for the Foundation. This will be a varied role and your responsibilities will include:
- Administrative support to the CEO, Directors and Trustees.
- Supporting the Office Coordinator when needed.
- Ensuring grant agreements and documentation are kept up to date.
- Keeping track of payments and reporting schedules.
- Organising meetings accordingly.
You may also take on a number of grant relationships and contribute towards the decision-making process for new grant approvals.
About you
As the Executive Assistant you will be proactive and collaborative and able to adapt quickly to different situations. You will be purpose driven, energetic and enthused by new ways of working and proactive in your approach to working with others. You will relish working with a small, dynamic and collaborative team where you can work independently and handle a wide variety of activities and competing demands. We anticipate you will bring with you:
- Experience in a similar role working with a small, high-functioning team.
- Experience of working in a dynamic office environment.
- Exceptional diary management, scheduling and meeting organisation.
- Demonstrable experience of working with Boards, preparing agendas and papers, attending meetings and minute taking.
Experience of working within a Foundation or not-for-profit organisation would also be preferable, but isn’t essential.
