Our client is one of the top 100 Best Not-for-Profit companies to work for in the UK. They are currently seeking a proactive, confident individual to provide efficient call handling and administration support service as part of the Asset Management team.
They are currently seeking a Repairs Administrator to join their team based at their head office in Evesham. Within this role, you will efficiently and effectively process repair requests using the electronic repairs system and provide relevant and up to date information and advice on services provided by them to tenants and colleagues.
You will also assist in asset management administrative tasks which can consist of updating stock condition and assets compliance information and providing support to the Building Inspectors and department managers. You will assist in processing payments to contractors and resolving Service Requests from residents, colleagues and other agencies.
Proactive in your approach, you will administer inspection requirements, issue job tickets on reported repairs to contractors and advise and notify tenants of re-chargeable works, and undertake the processing of rechargeable invoices.
They’re looking for a self-motivated individual who has experience of dealing with customer telephone queries with the ability to grasp new areas of responsibility quickly.
You will have excellent telephone, written and verbal communication skills. Experience of updating databases is essential. The phone lines are in operation from 8am to 4.30pm and you will need to work flexibly with a small team of colleagues to ensure cover is provided during these hours.
