Support Worker (Evening Care)
Our client is situated in 68 acres of Hertfordshire parkland between Harlow and Bishop’s Stortford. They support people with Epilepsy and other complex needs from the age of 5 through to 78 in their Children’s Home, School, College and Residential Adult Home with nursing and Day Centre. Over 150 adults and children call it their home making them an inspirational place to do great work.
Position: Evening Care Support Worker
Location: Much Hadham, Hertfordshire
Job type: Part Time, Permanent
Hours: 9.75 hours per week, 3 evenings Monday to Friday 5pm to 9:30pm with alternate Saturdays.
Salary: £8.30 to £8.93 per hour

About the role:
An excellent opportunity has arisen within their day service provision, which aims to provide a wide ranging programme of work, learning and leisure opportunities for residents with epilepsy and learning difficulties.
They are looking to recruit a permanent Evening Care Support Worker for 2 to 3 evenings per week, Monday – Friday 5pm to 9:30pm with alternate Saturdays. They also have casual roles available if you’re unable commit to a regular shift pattern.
You will work as part of a dynamic team, delivering leisure and recreation activities for adult residents and clients on day placement. Their objective is to ensure meaningful engagement and for individuals to participate and achieve their planned outcomes.
About you:
Experience of working in a care environment is essential for this role.
