Customer Service / Sales Advisor
Our client is the voice of British farming, and their members are at the heart of what they do. On their behalf they lobby government and other stakeholders, develop policy and provide a range of frontline services.
Position: Sales and Retention Adviser
Location: Stoneleigh, Warwickshire
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: circa £22,255 (negotiable dependant on experience) + bonus
Closing date: 21st July 2019
Interview date: 7th August & 8th August 2019
About the role:
Do you have a strong customer service background and the ability to influence & sell to others?
Are you passionate about customer service with previous experience of telephone sales?
They need a conscientious, customer service & sales focused individual to join their small team. You will utilise your strong communication skills to increase membership by providing telephone support to new prospects, existing members and to the general public.
About you:
It is essential to have previous experience of handling inbound & outbound calls and working in a target driven environment.
Good Microsoft Office skills with excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to achieve target is essential. You will become a proficient user of their CRM system and training will be given.
If you have previous experience in sales administration, dealing with significant call volumes and have experience of organising your own time, this is the job for you!
