I'm working exclusively with an International woman's charity who are looking for a HR Manager based in central London. The job is going to be on going and they're looking for someone to start in the post ASAP.
The office is modern and friendly and located close to Angel tube station. The organisation is small and you'll be the key point of contact for all HR and office queries. You'll be reporting to the Finance Director and working closely with the CEO.
The main duties of this important job is to manage all the key HR practices including recruitment, HR policies, ER and HR projects. Furthermore, you'll be asked to help implement training plans, manage the HR budget and update the HR database. In addition to the above you'll be required to take minutes at all the key board meetings.
My client uses Breathe HR so an understanding of that HR system would be beneficial. You'll need strong communication skills, experience of working at a HR Manager level and be comfortable completing important administrative tasks. One final essential criteria is that the post holder has an understanding of working with Unions.
