Senior Research and Evaluation Officer - Temporary

Are you an experienced researcher who would enjoy working with our leading client to inform local and national policy and practice, improving the response to child sexual abuse in England and Wales? This is an exciting opportunity to join our unique, dynamic, multi-disciplinary team as a Senior Research and Evaluation Officer.

Our vital research programme includes work on the effectiveness of services, approaches to disruption; key messages on disclosure; a review of key knowledge gaps; and designing a new study of complex safeguarding files.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong research skills, with experience of planning and delivering relevant research and evaluation projects using a range of methodologies.
  • Knowledge of child sexual abuse issues
  • Experience of working in cooperation with professionals within public or voluntary sector agencies, ideally the children's sector

Role: Senior Research and Evaluation Officer

Location: Barkingside, Ilford

Employment Type: Temporary - 3-4 months + interviews held 15th July with ASAP start

Salary/rate: £22.53ph (£42k equ)

Working hours: 35pw
