37 hours a week (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for a team leader with a ‘can do’ attitude to join us in this newly developed role. As a member of the management team, you will report to the Chief Officer and lead on the development and delivery of our generalist advice service and manage our specialist casework team. 

You will have experience of managing an advice service and supporting both paid and volunteer staff (including training).  You will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to lead and motivate a team. 

You will have an eye for detail and be passionate about delivering a quality service to our clients.
