About the Operations Support Coordinator role

As an Operations Support Coordinator you will be responsible for a wide range of duties including the maintenance of the office facilities and a variety of administration tasks. You will make sure that the office is a safe and pleasant environment to work in by ensuring that Health and Safety requirements are met. You will use bespoke computer systems to input and maintain records accurately with good attention to detail.

 

As the Operations Support Team are responsible for providing a professional and welcoming reception for visitors to the office both in person and via the telephone, you must have excellent communication and listening skills as well as outstanding people skills.

 

With a good understanding of the challenges young people within the Trust's target groups face you will work with our teams to deliver a first class experience for the young people.

 

Good organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise workloads is essential in this role as is the ability to multi-task.

 

The successful candidate will be skilled in Microsoft Office packages and have excellent data entry skills.

 

Knowledge of facility management would be desirable.
