A leading health charity who are looking for a passionate, proactive and collaborative leader with experience of:

  • Leading and managing change in a complex organisation, motivating people to deliver brilliant results
  • The full marketing mix with a particular emphasis on leading national integrated marketing programmes, whole organisational engagement strategies and embedding brand embedding and alignment


To establish clear measures of success for activities and continually monitor, evaluate and report on progress

Be a constant champion of the brand, ensuring strategic alignment, embedding of key behaviours, quality of output and approach

Provide support and advice on specific brand and reputation management issues in setting up our new commercial venture

Work with the Head of High Value Partnerships to deliver the £10m campaign

Working with the heads of marketing, communications, digital and customer engagement and experience to deliver national campaigns,grow brand awareness and drive activation.

To enhance the charity's profile, credibility and influence through the implementation of our corporate identity and messaging.

To effectively lead the development of the charity's approach to customer engagement and relationship management

To work with others to develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that have a clearly defined purpose, are impactful, and effectively support delivering against our ambitions.


A track record of successfully designing and delivering major, multi-channel, response drivencommunications and marketing campaigns in a complex organisation

Substantive, successful experience of leading and managing change in a complex organisation

Significant experience of the whole marketing mix, with specific experience of:

  • leading national integrated marketing programmes - from strategy to execution
  • whole organisational engagement strategies - including excellent customer experience, customer relationship management (CRM), systems and processes.

Experience of managing suppliers, complex budgets and long-term strategic planning
