Our client, a Chartered financial professional body, has an exciting opportunity for an events professional to become an integral part of driving the growth of their flagship conferences in the UK, Middle East, East Africa, Europe and Asia. This is a permanent post working within an established team based in central London. Currently their events schedule consists of 30-35 events per year and you can expect attendance to be a thousand plus.

The key responsibilities for the Senior Content Producer-Global events are:

Research and produce a wide range of events, conferences, forums, breakfast briefings and digital products
Develop the annual events programme in line with the strategic plan and budget
Work with the sponsorship team on potential opportunities for sponsorship and business development
Build an annual programme of webinars and regularly review content on the events pages
Be a lead producer for the suite of flagship conferences
Secure speakers to fill the programme in line with deadlines
Work with the marketing team to drive the promotion of events through social media channels

Essential criteria for the Senior Content Producer-Global events are:

Proven track record in successful events product development
Excellent events experience in conferences
Confident in utilising various teams to achieve event strategy
Creative ability in the use of digital elements for end goals
Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, i.e. guest speaker management
Bring a wealth of senior level events management experience to the table
Working in the financial publishing/associations space will make you a stand out candidate
