Scottish Opera is Scotland’s national opera company. We take world-class opera to all corners of Scotland, ensuring that as many people as possible can enjoy this wonderful art form.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-organised Fundraising Support Officer with excellent communication skills to join our busy Fundraising team. The Fundraising Support Officer is responsible for generating income for Scottish Opera by supporting management and stewardship of individual donors and Friends, whilst maintaining excellent donor records.

The ideal candidate will haverelevant experience, preferably in an arts organisation or similar. Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role, and experience in individual giving fundraising and knowledge of Raisers’ Edge, GDPR and Gift Aid would be advantageous.

The role is based at Scottish Opera’s headquarters in central Glasgow. Weekend and evening working are a regular part of this role and travel out-with Glasgow may be required. Further information is available on the Scottish Opera website www.scottishopera.org.uk/vacancies
