Interim Head of Resources
My client's office is located close to the northern line and near to a number of shops and restaurants.
The main purpose of this role is to provide support to the Director of Resources and advise on HR matters on a daily basis. This is a strategic level HR role and you'll be asked to carry out a number of important HR tasks. This also includes dealing with any IT issues (outsourced IT) and looking at HR and Health & Safety policies.
The ideal candidate will have supported at a Head of level before and be able to hit the ground running. Some exposure to facilities and IT would be very helpful along with experience of working in the non-profit sector. Strong communication skills is also an essential skill. Finally you must be a problem solver and be able to juggle a varied workload.
