Our client is a specialist Centre providing holistic care together with learning, leisure and other opportunities for adults and children with severe epilepsy, learning difficulties and complex health needs. 

Position: Physiotherapist (Grade 5) 
Location: Much Hadham, Hertfordshire 
Job type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week 
Salary: £25,449 to £28,501 per annum (Point 28-32) (depending on experience)

About the role: 

They are looking for a physiotherapist to join their busy multi-disciplinary health care services team operating on their 68 acre site which is home to around 240 residential and day users of our clients services. Their teams work across the Centre so the role is varied, providing professional support to service users in their Adult Services, College, School and Children’s home. 

About you: 

What matters to them are your excellent general professional skills and your approach to their very special services users in this unique operating environment. They need their new team members to have a diploma / degree in Physiotherapy, to be HCPC registered and be a member of the Chartered Society of physiotherapy and lastly, have evidence of your CPD in Occupational Therapy. 

You will independently assess, develop and implement specialist treatment programmes for individuals with learning disabilities and / or behavioural related needs, using investigate and analytical skills to formulate an individualised management and treatment programme based on advanced clinical reasoning and evidence based practice. 

The post holder must have experience across a range of clinical placements / relations and experience working within the NHS / Public Sector is desirable. 

HCPC registration is essential.
