Director of Finance and Resources
Salary: £45,000 plus pension and life insurance
Working hours: Full time

Our client is looking for a highly motivated individual to lead the management of all their resources – people, premises, IT and financial. Financial management is at the heart of the role, and the postholder will take overall responsibility for the charity's financial control, planning, compliance and reporting.

This is a critical role for the organisation, working closely with the CEO, the senior team and the Board to ensure the smooth running of the charity and its subsidiaries.

The Director of Finance and Resources is a member of the Senior Management Team and will work at a strategic level to plan and oversee the management of our client's finance and resources, ensuring it is fully integrated with their fundraising, land management, conservation and community delivery programmes.
