The 10 million Appeal  
  
Versus Arthritis won't stop until every one of the 10 million people living with the pain of arthritis have the care and support they need to live their lives as they wish. Our ambition is to create a world that no longer tolerates arthritis - no longer dismissing it as inevitable, untreatable and unimportant.  
  
To deliver our ambition the need to articulate a strong, compelling case for support to drive fundraising over the next 10 years has become a major organisational priority. Growth is being powered by the creation and implementation of a new fundraising campaign that will engage existing and new donors and supporters, 10 Million Versus Arthritis.   
  
We want the very best fundraisers on our team as we launch the appeal in November 2019.    
  
  
About the role  
  
We are recruiting two New Business Officers to work directly with the Senior New Business Managers to develop and manage a pipeline of potential partners.     
  
You will manage your own portfolio of prospects, ensuring all asks win minds and hearts and will take ownership of developing approaches to your own portfolio. You will support the Senior New Business Manager on larger new approaches and applications and will conduct proportionate due diligence and prospect research for you and your team's pipeline.    
  
The best person for this job will have experience of identifying and securing partnerships in the commercial or charity sectors and will have exceptional written skills in order to develop compelling proposal sand preparing and delivering excellent presentations to external audiences. You will be an enthusiastic, creative, and resilient professional who is keen to get on the phone and make proactive approaches.
