Trusts and Donor Care Manager
Prospectus is excited to be working with the Sick Children's Trust, a charity providing free, high-quality 'Homes from Home' accommodation for families with sick children, to recruit for a Trusts and Donor Care Manager. This role would suit a strong bid writer who is looking for a step up into a role and can take on a number two position in a fundraising team.
This role is offered on a full time permanent basis paying between £38,000 and £40,000 per annum to be based in their office near Liverpool Street Station.
You will be tasked with developing and managing relationships with Major Trusts, Foundations and the organisations hospital partners, writing five and six figure multi-year applications for capital campaigns and programmes. As part of the role you will also help manage the charity's donor care program, including overseeing relationships with individual regular givers, managing the gifts in wills programme, and ensuring all donors have the best possible supporter journey.
Key to this role will be a successful track record of securing income from major trusts or other relevant grant funders with experience of appropriate research techniques to identify major trust prospects. It is desirable for you to have line management experience as you will be managing an officer focused on smaller trusts.
