About the Head of Corporate Partnerships role

This role will play a crucial part in helping us achieve our objectives. Sitting in a hugely ambitious Corporate Partnership’s team, this role has specific responsibility for leading The Trusts partnerships in the Financial Services sector.

As the head of an ambitious and talented team, the successful candidate will have a £4m+ annual income target and be responsible for partnerships with some of the biggest names in the sector such as HSBC, NatWest, Barclays, Morgan Stanley and Standard Life Aberdeen. In addition, the role will play a key part in developing and delivering The Trust’s strategic approach to this this vital sector.

The successful candidate will be an experienced fundraiser and a motivational manager. They will have fundraising or commercial skills and the ability to lead and network with senior personnel in the private sector, as well as strong financial, and project/account management skills. They should also be able to demonstrate that they understand the challenges that face disadvantaged young people and be able to quickly understand the fundamentals of Prince’s Trust operational delivery. They will have an enthusiasm and passion for the work of The Prince’s Trust and a conviction to deliver high positive outcomes for the young people The Trust supports.
