Description

The Key responsibilities for the Marketing Assistant based in Gloucestershire are:

  • Assist with the daily tasks of the marketing department
  • Dealing with customer brochure requests
  • Managing the marketing stock
  • Assisting the sales teams with marketing material including customer packs and samples
  • Assisting with the meetings and events and general administration.

    • This position provides you the exposure to every area of marketing and is a great place to start a career in marketing.

    A customer focused, highly organised and personable approach is essential for this position. You will be required to complete the usual administration, data management, customer service and purchasing tasks associated with running a busy department that.

    Profile

    The Successful Marketing Assistant, based in Gloucestershire will have:

  • The role requires use of various in-house systems and software, for this reason, you must have good Microsoft Office skills with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

  • A positive approach and 'can do' attitude is essential as is the ability to work autonomously to see a project through.

  • This role offers the chance to develop marketing skills and so is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to gain experience and start a career in marketing.

  • Min 5 GCSEs (C and above) or equivalent - including Maths and English. A level or equivalent in a creative subject (ie media studies, design) - preferable but not essential

    The successful Marketing Assistant will receive between:

    £16,000 - £24,000 prorated on a 3 month contract

    This position for the right individual will be a Tempory to Permanment position.
