ITF is an international federation of transport workers’ trade unions recognised as the world’s leading transport authority. We fight passionately to improve working lives, connecting trade unions from 147 countries that may otherwise be isolated and helping their members to secure rights, equality and justice. We are the voice for 18.5 million members working men and women across the world. The ITF Head Office is based in Borough, London. International offices include Amman, Hong Kong, Montreal, Nairobi, New Delhi, Ouagadougou, Rio de Janeiro, Singapore, Tokyo and Sydney.

This is a challenging and interesting opportunity for the successful candidates within the Global Administration Team (GAT). You will need strong administrative and organisational skills, effective drafting and proof-reading skills, experience of booking travel related services, organising complex meetings, and flexibility in working as part of a wider team.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are required, with proven ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders. Due to the international aspects of the organisation’s work, a good working knowledge of another language would be an advantage. Experience in working with databases and CRM systems and the ability to analyse data is essential.

This is a level 1 role within the GAT, and the job description for the Global Administrator is attached.

This role offers a salary of £35,894 per annum, plus a non-performance related guaranteed bonus equating to 1/12th of your annual salary.

ITF offers a highly competitive final pension salary scheme, flexible working as well as the opportunity to work in a state of the art modern office building in central London. For further information on the staff benefits that we provide please see our website.

If this sounds interesting to you, please apply by sending your CV and covering letter to us by 14 July 2019. Interviews will take place week commencing 22 July 2019.
