Board Member (Data, Digital & Business transformation)

Cranfield (Head Office moving to Milton Keynes Autumn 2019)

£6,000 per annum payable monthly

Candidates must be able to commit to 4-5 meetings per year plus reading time

Our client has established itself as a major operator in the region and owns and manages 12,000 homes across Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and the surrounding counties. They’re a financially stable, £73m turnover social business with more than 300 staff. They’re an innovative not-for-profit organisation that believes in partnership and collaboration and works with a number of other organisations to deliver both homes and services which benefit the community as a whole.

They are looking to recruit a Board Member to join the Board with expertise in data, digital and business transformation.

Their ideal candidate will have:

• Experience of creating and implementing successful strategies for the delivery of corporate objectives.
• Experience of delivering business transformation at a senior level.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience of digital customer.
• Engagement and data management.

The successful candidate will contribute to investment decisions, managing risk and maximising the impact they can have on the sector by delivering more homes, and working with customers to improve their homes and the areas in which they live.
