Trustee Role (Becoming Treasurer after introductory period)

We currently have a new opportunity for a Trustee to join KeyRing, specifically for the Role of Treasurer after an introductory period.  

The Role: 

The purpose of this role is to lead on the oversight and scrutiny of all Financial matters at KeyRing, advising the board of Trustees on the Management Accounts, Financial Governance and other related matters to ensure that KeyRing meets all compliance requirements to help secure its long term success. The role is voluntary with reasonable paid expenses. 

The Trustee will attend quarterly meetings mainly held in Central London on Saturdays. Occasional evening Board meetings, and some other requirements to attend quarterly Sub Committee meetings. Overall there is an approximate requirement of 8-10 days per year to allow for training and Board Duties. 

About KeyRing: 

We are a medium sized not for profit organisation supporting vulnerable adults to change their lives for the better, connect to their community with the plan that ultimately they will not need professional support. Our funding is primarily from Local Authorities who commission services of a preventative nature.
