The Partnerships and Philanthropy function at Unicef UK encompasses Foundations, Corporate, and Philanthropy teams. The Foundation Partnerships team seeks to build long term relationships with private, institutional and statutory funders, in-line with our organisational fundraising strategy. The team has experienced exciting success and growth over the last five years; growing income from around £12 million in 2012 to over £17 million in 2017. The team has ambitions to continue to grow, and this role will be key to enabling the team to achieve even greater results for children.
We are currently recruiting for a Foundations Manager to join the team.
Your role will be to research, develop and manage supporter relationships, with a particular focus on managing existing and cultivating new partnerships at the £100k+ level.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, plus the ability to develop effective relationships with donors to ensure outcomes are maximised for both Unicef UK and the donor. You will also need to be a positive team player, able to work to tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
