Prospectus is working with an independent charity that works towards a world where people affected by crime or traumatic events get the support they need and the respect they deserve. They help victims feel safer and help them find the strength to move beyond crime. They are currently looking to recruit a Hub Manager to lead the delivery of their Pan-London Victim and Witness Service in Clapham Junction. This role is offered on a temporary basis, initially for three months.

As their Hub Manager, you will effectively lead a Hub team of specialist frontline professionals who provide support services to victims and witnesses whilst ensuring the support they receive is effective, tailored and accessible at the right time. Working collaboratively, you will maintain effective relationships and formal partnerships across organisations and with key stakeholders, whilst promoting and developing the services in order to meet client needs and support in developing new business. Finally, representing the service and organisation externally, you will be responsible for attending regular meetings with commissioners and ensuring all reporting requirements are met.

To apply for this role, you must have significant experience of overseeing a dispersed team within a busy service and have demonstrable experience of leading the delivery of a service supporting victims and witnesses, or in similar context in the social care sector. You must have demonstrable experience of monitoring and maintaining performance against agreed targets, identifying opportunities for improvements, and working in partnership with a variety of organisations. An understanding of the health and social care sector is essential and knowledge of the criminal justice system and domestic abuse processes and services is desirable. Overall, you will be a strong, positive, enthusiastic leader; passionate about ensuring high quality services for vulnerable people.
