Fundraising Marketing and Communications Manager
We are pleased to collaborate with one of London's largest children's hospitals to recruit a Fundraising Marketing and Communications Manager. Evelina London's vision is to be a world-leading centre of life-changing healthcare for children, young people and their families, both as a regional specialist hospital and local community service provider.
In this new role, you will join a creative and growing fundraising marketing and communications team. You will also work in close collaboration with the Evelina London communications team. In this fast paced and dynamic environment, you will develop marketing and communications campaigns that inspire people to support Evelina London. You will plan fundraising communications activities, ensure these activities support the hospital's brand and reputation and look for opportunities to work together to maximise impact.
With 2019 marking Evelina London's 150th birthday, it is an exciting time to join the team and you will have the opportunity to lead innovative projects from inception through design and delivery. Your expertise will help strengthen Evelina London's reputation and build our fundraising brand and style. Based on a deep understanding of Evelina London and its donors, you will ensure that all our fundraising communications and campaigns stand out in a competitive sector.
Your attention to detail will ensure you are the Evelina London brand champion across all elements of fundraising. Your creativity and knowledge of Evelina London will enable you to develop audience focussed campaigns that tell Evelina London's fundraising story. Your understanding and experience of social media, digital communications, PR and stakeholder communications will help shape campaigns that deliver impact and achieve measurable goals.
To be considered for this post, you will be a proven marketing and communications professional with a solid understanding of fundraising organisations and activities. You will have exceptional project management skills, coupled with substantial knowledge of the NHS healthcare sector and/or the charity sector. You will have significant experience of implementing marketing, communications and PR activities and possess exceptional personal communications skills, along with experience of successfully managing complex relationships.
