They are looking for an experienced HR Manager with specific expertise in safeguarding and managing investigations. You will help them to ensure their Safeguarding Policy is applied across the organisation and their employees and volunteers are supported in delivering a safe environment for all. The role will also involve being their lead investigations manager for incidents involving employees and volunteers that may breach their policies and procedures.

You will be equally happy working on strategy with senior leaders as you are investigating incidents, establishing the facts and working within the organisation's policies and procedures to establish the appropriate actions. You won't be afraid to challenge the status quo and suggest ways of improving safeguarding practice, policies and procedures for the organisation. Always with the aim of ensuring the organisation is a safe place for employees, volunteers, their supporters and the public however they are interacting with the charity.
