This dynamic and fast-moving media operation needs a highly competent, exceptionally well-organised individual to ensure that everything is running smoothly behind the scenes.  Reporting to the CEO and the Board of Trustees, as Operations Manager you will be responsible for the SMC’s financial management, fundraising administration, IT strategy, HR policies, preparation of annual accounts and bookkeeping.  You will act as the secretariat to the Trustees, Advisory Committee, Remuneration Committee and Audit and Risk Committee.  You will guide the governance of the charity and complete statutory reporting.  You will not be afraid to get your hands dirty and you will provide practical support to the team while staying focused on your role and priorities.
